Can I get quote by phone?

If is a generic work, we can give you an estimation, every repair depends on a lot factors like accessibility, state of the rest of the system and many more that are taken in consideration by the engineer. Once we are at the place, we will be able to give you a fix rice. In the case of a new installation, is always necessary to visit the workplace to give you the best advice and price in your particular case.

Good. But, what happens if I live far and I am already one of your customers? Do I need to look for another plumber?

No, of course not. We guarantee our work and give a reparation service to everything we install if needed. If you are already our customer, this is important for us and we will travel to do our best job. I addition all our brands have a guarantee from manufactures, if they are within the guarantee period, the reparation will be free and done by the brand itself. In this case, we will help you to reach them, organise everything and advice you how is the best way to proceed. If your is not good enough, we can even call them in behalf of you. I told you, you are our customer, that's important for us.

OK. How much do you charge for a quote?

It's free. Once you contact us we will study the work and we will give you a quote for free. Once you agree to go ahead, this will be taken as a fix price contract. Most of the time, this mean we will visit the place where the work is going to take place to measure, decide on the installation procedures, details about the work progress and deadlines. Once we have all together we will give you the proposal and you can accept it without any commitment until you decide to go ahead.

Then, why do you mention you do installations in Alicante and Murcia?

Installations work is normally that involves a whole day or several days at the workplace. Besides, we normally work under a fix price contract we agree beforehand. In this case, we can assume the cost of travelling to a further distance like Alicante, Elche and Murcia, with no extra cost for you.

Do we charge for travelling expenses?

A.

No. There are no travelling, parking or other extra expenses. We charge for our work in terms of labour and the materials we use. This is one of the reasons we normally don't offer small work or repairs far away from our offices if you are a new customer, for example, the city of Alicante or Murcia's city center. We do not want to charge more due to our location, for something someone could have done near you cheaper. However, if you are still interested in us, we can adapt to your needs and agree on a price to give you our best service wherever you are.

Where do we provide our services?

We provide our installation services for plumbing, air conditioning and heating in Alicante and Murcia. For repairs and small work, we are available to respond to a request in the are of Orihuela, Orihuela Costa, Torrevieja and Vega Baja.
