At Fontaneria Borja we are licensed gas installers and we can manage your new natural gas connection with Nedgia, contracts, leak repairs and reconnections after purchasing a home in the area of Orihuela, Ciudad Quesada, Pilar de la Horadada, Torrevieja and Vega Baja.
New natural gas connection - When the house has never had gas
This is the case in which your home has never had natural gas but you want to connect to the existing mains gas network in the street or area near your home. Once you get in touch, as Nedgia collaborators, we will study the possibility of the connection. We will manage the entire process of registration, installation of a new connection, installation of gas and appliances, and finally the commissioning of gas with the distributor.
Reconnections - When the house has had gas before
When your home has had gas in the past but now does not have it. In houses that have been purchased, the service may have been cut off due to non-payment, voluntary closure by the customer, closure due to impossibility of access for inspection and many more. At Fontaneria Borja we can adapt your installation, manage the reconnection, the new contract and the commissioning of gas.
Leak repair / Troubleshooting
Whether it is due to a failed periodic inspection or because you believe there may be a problem with the installation, at Fontanería Borja we can check and repair any issues you may have with your natural gas installation. If the problem is that anomalies have been found in your installation during an inspection, we can correct them and, as Nedgia collaborators, send the Proof of Correction of Anomalies (JCA Justificación de Corrección de Anomalías in Spanish) and reopen the supply or manage the reopening depending on each case.
Contract management
If you do not have a valid contract, if you do not receive your invoices and/or if you would like to change your supplier, at Fontanería Borja we can help you manage your new contract so that everything is in your name and in order.
Other administrative procedures
Our experience tells us that in our area, since most residents use their house as a second home, there may be several problems with the natural gas distribution or marketing company. Contact us so we can study your case.
